IMPC® Micro-Well Plate with Electrochemical Sensor

IMPC® Micro-Well Plate with Electrochemical Sensor is a medical sample of a P-Flex🄬 electrochemical sensor converted with IMPC® technology (completely integrated).

IMPC® Micro-Well Plate Electrochemical Sensor (PCT patent pending)

IMPC® Micro-Well Plate with Electrochemical Sensor is a developed product in which a P-Flex® electrochemical sensor is inserted into injection molding die and integrally molded with well. Shape and number of wells are fully adjustable.

IMPC® Flow Cell Electrochemical Sensor (PCT patent pending)

IMPC® Flow Cell with Electrochemical Sensor is a developed product in which an P-Flex® electrochemical sensor is inserted into an injection molding die and integrally molded with a flow cell that cause the liquid flow. A circuit shape, sensor shape, flow path size and shape are fully adjustable.

Features

  • Quick and flexible made-to-order process possible by replacing the digital design data
  • Monopolar, bipolar, and tripolar electrodes are available according to your needs
  • High adhesion between wells and electrode film prevents solution leakage.

Number of wells and shape of the flow channel is modifiable by mold design.

FAQ

What kind of resin is used?

At this moment, we use PC, PET and ABS. More options possible in the future.

What kind of the sterilization process is possible?

In case of PC resin, which heat resistance is 120℃, autoclave sterilization is possible.
However in case of other materials, Gamma ray/UV sterilization is recommended.
