It is my great honor to assume the position of President and CEO of Takahata Precision Yamanashi. At our company, we are committed to fostering an environment in which every employee can take on new challenges and grow, regardless of age or experience. Through my own career, both in Japan and abroad, I have faced many successes as well as failures. From these experiences, I have learned that taking the initiative is what truly opens the door to the future. In this era of rapid change, I firmly believe that by further refining and evolving the craftsmanship and manufacturing expertise that Japan has cultivated over many years, we can create value that is recognized and trusted worldwide. The Takahata Group will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2029. As we move toward this milestone, we are fully committed to supporting our employees’ aspirations, creating a rewarding and fulfilling workplace, and strengthening the foundation of our organization. Rooted in Kitakyushu, our company has served as a leading hub in the housing equipment business. Leveraging the expertise we have cultivated over many years in development, mass production, and quality management, we have contributed to driving the growth of the Group. Going forward, we will further enhance this accumulated knowledge and take on the role of advancing and sharing our manufacturing and development capabilities from Kitakyushu to the global stage.
In today’s rapidly changing business environment, we believe that not only technological excellence but also strong relationships of trust with our customers form the foundation of corporate value. Koichi Yoshinari

We mainly manufacture parts for automobiles and OA as a production base in Huanan, China. Our factory is equipped with cutting-edge molding process facilities with an integrated production system from designing molding to assembling parts. A number of staff members are working on the technologies for parts, molding, and production. We have excellent launching and improving skills. Since the Takahata Group is further deploying a global business, it is becoming more important to respond to the circumstances with the collective ability accomplished by close cooperation between production bases. We will contribute to the development of the entire group through our facilities, human assets, and experience.

Noritaka Fukada

Takahata Precision Thailand launched in 1991, as a second TAKAHATA group site abroad. After facing and overcoming various crises such as the Asian currency crisis, the Lehman shock and the Thai flood, it is heading to celebrate its 30^th anniversary next year.I believe this was possible because we were able to contribute to society by adhering to the TAKAHATA manufacturing principles of "technology," "quality," and "human resources." Thailand is aiming for economic development by transitioning from a labor-focused industry to a knowledge-focused industry under the national strategy called "Thailand 4.0". We strive to continue our operation as a trusted company that contributes to society, by further refining our "human resources, "collective strength”, “ability to respond” and “challenging spirit” which are biggest assets.
