Before any molding die is finally accepted, a series of molds is subjected to molding tests and repeated trials for confirmation until all dimensional defects and flaws in moldability are corrected.

Once the molding conditions for the accepted dies are established, the dies are transferred to domestic and overseas plants for distribution in the global market.

Molding is sometimes denigrated as a dirty, tough, and dangerous job. Be that as it may, deep deliberation and care are both required.
