Our department uses powerful new computers and analysis technologies to designs molds for plastic parts used in automobiles, audio-visual equipment, office equipment, housing facilities and optical equipment.
Before production begins, design personnel directly meet with customers to discuss the customers’ comprehensive requirements and propose the best plans from the viewpoints of cost, quality, and delivery time. The most advanced design techniques are used, including 3-D design, structural analysis, and flow analysis. |
