The Major businesses of the Control Group include the quotation and procurement of molds, the startup of new molds, the modification and startup of modified molds after design changes of moldings, and the transfer of molds to production.
The Group keeps close contact with the Design and Manufacturing Groups and cooperating companies. They are doing their best to achieve the Q.C.D. of the target values in daily operation.
Customers continue to request shorter delivery times and lower prices. Quality can never be deteriorated in our efforts to meet these requirements. To ensure absolute quality, the staff in our Control Group collect information on the dies transferred to production. The work at this workplace is wide-ranging, and the nature of the work makes it impossible to cut corners. |
