Our workplace, the Molding Group, is equipped
with electric molding machines, 78 injection molding machines (15 to 350t),
ancillary robots, inline assembly robots, and a great deal more. The machines
run round the clock every day, turning out products without interruption.
Engineering plastics are extensively used in the production of JIS class
3 precision gears. Other production items include parts for medical equipment,
automobiles, copying machines, household appliances, car audio systems,
water meters, and so on.
Under the severe cost constraints now facing us, we continue to pursue
improvement activities day and night in efforts to exploit our accumulated
know-how with the utmost effectiveness. |
