Metal Processing
Precision lathe processing of mold pins on an automatic NC lathe. A skilled worker is required to ensure micron-level accuracy. Small gears are press working, and automotive parts are drawn at a high cycle. crisp processing machine runs round the clock hobbing the tiny precision gears.

•Introducing the Workplace
The Machining Group handles the company’s precision metal processing. Water meter parts, various switches, and automotive and copying machine parts are lathe processing and pressed. Operations flow in series from the initial material arrangements to parts warehousing, including gear cutting, grinding, and barrel finishing processes.
