The Development Technology Division consists
of the Development Technology Department and Development Research Department.
The engineers in the Division conduct the core of TAKAHATA Group’s R&D
activities. The Division conducts its digital engineering with CAD/CAM/CAE
systems and provides customers with advanced engineering plastics technologies.
The Development Technology Department works with customers involved in the office automation, audio-visual, automobile, housing facility, and medical equipment businesses. The development staff provides customers with the best proposals backed by development technologies that anticipate the needs of the times to come.
From the very first stages of development, the Department effectively combines quality engineering, CAE, and collaborative work with customers (including manpower support) to offer customers high-precision, high-quality products at reasonable prices with short lead times.
TAKAHATA’s gear technology, a product of more than 70 years of experience, is now sublimated into a precision gear manufacturing technology used in the manufacture of gears for copying machines, laser printers and automobiles.
The Development Research Department focuses on the development of core technologies to be used in the fields of optics, nano-techs, biotechnology, and many other industries 5 and 10 years in the future. |
