We, the employees of TAKAHATA, take pride in our work, strive to enhance ourselves through our work, and maintain a commitment to ably contribute to our society.
Ethics Policy

Environment Policy
1. We will put our business operations in line with the environmental conservation movement by:
 
(a) promoting saving energy through the ‘no-excessiveness, no-unevenness and no-wastefulness’ effort.
(b) pursuing a resource-reduce and recycle policy through improving inventory efficiency and the visibility enhancing 5-S (6-S) effort.
(c) reducing a total volume of waste especially through curbing irregular items in the processing lines.
(d) promoting activities for reducing negative environmental impacts while effectively controlling environment degrading materials.
2. We will comply with law and regulations, social rules and the requirements to which the company has voluntarily committed itself.
3. We will manage progress reports submitted by each section required to set goals and targets under s specific action plans.
4. This environment policy should be posted in the workplaces and should be made known to every employee through education and training programs.
5. This environment policy and practices should be made public in an appropriate way. We will cordially ask our customers and suppliers to understand this policy and try to put their business operations in line with this environment policy.
