I am amazed at the speed with which TAKAHATA has expanded globally, and also by the company's diverse global human resources. Since establishing a plant in Malaysia in 1990, 80% of employees at overseas affiliates are now local staff. We are proud to be a high-quality manufacturer of engineering plastic parts, which are formed by an injection-molding process to mold metal with injection-molding machines using advanced technologies.
Established in 1991, we have now expanded to three factories that can meet diverse customer needs and produce approximately 35 million components per month. These components are used in manufacturing a wide range of products, including vehicles, equipment, office machines, cameras, appliances, medical equipment and more. Our strength is our employees, who work together as a team to ensure a quick response, turnaround, and work consistency.
We also believe that participating in social activities and volunteer work is important for developing this teamwork and that this teamwork will be the driving force behind TAKAHATA as a leader in the industry.
